PRESS RELEASE: TOLKIEN INSPIRED TV SHOW

As always, I try and do a little research on these before I post them, so I have perused the site that is associated with this link, and will be checking out the associated Kickstarter campaign as soon as it launches. I'm actually writing this several hours before the campaign goes live! Not only, is there a planned Fan Convention being done by these guys, there is a second convention as well! All this on top of the Campaign, and you know that they appreciate the Tolkien! Read on to see what they are all about! (Press release is extracted from a pdf file, I apologize for any odd formatting.)

Tolkien Inspired TV Show to launch on Kickstarter

West Hollywood, CA  August 12th, 2013 - In case you have been living in another galaxy far, far away, The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, and the soon to be Hobbit fim trilogy, have smashed all box-offic records and generated hundreds of millions of dollars between them, leaving behind in their wake an estimated 45 million die hard movie and J.R.R. Tolkien literature fans all over the world.  While four of the six fims have already passed their release on the big screen, their memory now lives on in the form of the world’s firs TV show for the fans by the fans.... Trilo3y TV!  Visit our page here  http://kck.st/161OI0X

What is Trilo3y TV?

The Trilo3y TV Show is a 30 minute weekly news style format featuring all things happening in the lands of Middle-earth and beyond with a quirky spin, ....“think the Daily Show, only with furry feet”  states Co-Creator Jill Jelley. Hosted by Kieron Elliot, the voice of Hoark the Haggard in How To Train Your Dragon, & Pippin in LEGO's The Lord of the Rings: (The Video Game), each light-hearted but informative 30 minute Webisode will be streamed over multiple platforms, and will keep the 45 million fans of the Lord of The Rings & The Hobbit up to date on the comings and goings of anyone & everyone even remotely linked to  Middle-earth. Fans will have the opportunity to explore the written works of JRR Tolkien, unlock the mysteries of Middle-earth itself, and delve deep into the film trilogies & books like never before, with world renowned experts along with some of the cast & crew from the films.....and maybe learn a little Sindarin along the way......

Why A Tolkien Inspired TV Show?

As fans of the written works of J.R.R Tolkien & also fans of the LotR Film Franchises, we too are dreading the last films in the current Hobbit Trilogy wrapping up. We knew there must be a way to keep these wonderful characters relevant well beyond the release dates of 2013 & 2014. We also wanted to finally bring both the literary & the film world together. We believe we have done that with Trilo3y TV.
